Returns and refunds
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You do not need to give a reason.
You may try on and examine the vest as you would in a shop. We may only charge for a reduction in value if the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (e.g. the vest has been used in training or washed).
How to return
- Notify us of your cancellation by email at info@dogiskutsi.fi. Include your order number and the items you are returning.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your notification to: Zen Zone Oy / Dogiskutsi, Solvikintie 5, 02820 Espoo, Finland.
- Keep the receipt or tracking code for your return.
The customer pays the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund
We refund the price of the product and the original standard delivery costs no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of having sent it.
Exchange for another size or colour
If you would like to exchange the size or colour, please contact us by email and we will arrange the exchange.
Uncollected parcels
Not collecting a parcel is not a cancellation notice. If a parcel is returned to us uncollected, we may charge the reasonable shipping costs incurred.
Defective products
We are responsible for defects in accordance with consumer protection law. Please notify us of a defect within a reasonable time of discovering it at info@dogiskutsi.fi. We will repair, replace or refund the product and pay the return costs.
