REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective.

If more than 3 weeks have passed since you sent your return and you have not received an email from us, please contact our customer service and send us a photo/copy of the return receipt you received from the Post Office.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about a replacement product or refund.

In case of a cancellation and refund, the refund will be processed within 2 weeks of processing your return and will be credited to the same payment card or account from which the original payment was made.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns, so the customer must pay the shipping costs unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will naturally offer a 100% refund for both the product and shipping costs, or send you a new product free of charge.
