Shipping and delivery costs

We ship orders from Espoo, Finland. The delivery method and exact delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

• Finland:  €8.90 (free delivery within Finland on orders of €150 or more)
• Other countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania €12.90 · Germany, Sweden and Denmark €21.90 · other EU countries €25.90 · countries outside the EU €50.90 (for deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may have to pay customs duties and taxes)

Delivery time within Finland is usually 3–5 business days; deliveries to other countries take longer. We will let you know by email if your delivery is delayed. Delivery to other countries usually takes 5–8 business days.

Damaged or defective product

If the product was damaged in transit or is defective, please let us know by email at info@dogiskutsi.fi as soon as possible, including your order number and preferably a photo. We pay the return costs for defective products.

Wrong product

If you receive a product you did not order, contact us and we will arrange an exchange. In this case we pay the return costs.
