Shipping costs for products ordered from our online store include packaging, material, and shipping costs. You will see the exact shipping costs when you start the payment process when making a purchase. Packages are mainly shipped by Posti (Finnish Post).

What if my product is damaged or incomplete?
We are very sorry if your product is damaged or incomplete. You can make a complaint about the product to our customer service by email. You can find our customer service contact information on the "Contact Us" page.
Can I return a used product?
We reserve the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or for hygiene reasons.
If we refuse a return for these reasons, the product will be returned to you from our warehouse and no refund will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products that have been tried on to assess whether they are suitable are not considered used.
I received a product I didn't order
We apologize if we sent you something you did not order.
Please kindly return the wrong product to us and mark on the return form that you did not order the product in question. In this case, you do NOT need to pay the return costs, as we will refund them to you.
Was the wrong product delivered to you instead of the one you ordered? Please kindly order the product you originally wanted. If you have already paid for your order, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible once we have received and processed your return.
