Shipping costs for products ordered from our online store include packaging, material and shipping costs. You will see the exact shipping costs when you start the payment process when making a purchase. Packages are mainly shipped by Finnish Post.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

We are very sorry if your product is damaged or defective. You can make a complaint about the product to our customer service by email. You can find our customer service contact information on the “Contact Us” page.

Can I return a used product?

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or hygiene reasons.

If we refuse a return for these reasons, the product will be returned to you from our warehouse and no refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products that have been tried on to assess their suitability are not considered used.

I received a product that I did not order.

We apologize if we sent you something you did not order.

Please return the wrong product to us, and note on the return form that you did not order the product in question. In this case, you do NOT have to pay the return costs, we will refund them to you.

Were you delivered the wrong product instead of the one you ordered? Please order the product you originally wanted. If you have already paid for your order, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return.
