How do I return my order?

In accordance with EU regulations, all our products are subject to a 14-day return and exchange period, excluding hygiene products (such as underwear).

Our mission is to be a safe and reliable shopping channel for our customers, which is why we also follow the Consumer Ombudsman's guidelines regarding liability for defects.   • The 14-day return right begins from the moment you receive the product.
  • Returned products must be intact, unused and in saleable condition.
  • Please note that not picking up the item from Posti is not the same as canceling the order. The item must first be picked up from Posti, and then returned according to the return instructions.
  • You can also cancel an order before it has been shipped. You can cancel an order by sending a message to our customer service. In this case, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded promptly. If the order has been shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible, but the products still have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the product. We will charge the customer for the return postage for packages that are not picked up.
  • If the product's sales packaging has not been opened and the product is in saleable condition, the return can be made as a refund. If the sales packaging has already been opened, but the contents of the packaging are intact, meaning the product can still be sold as new to another customer, the return can be made as an exchange for another product.

Read the instructions below for returning the product.

  1. Fill out the return form that comes with your order. To fill out the form, you will need the order number and email address associated with your order. If you cannot find them in your email, please contact our customer service and we will help you make a return.
  2. Take the return package to any Posti office and keep the receipt you received for the return. Contact customer service for more detailed instructions. Important! Choose the most affordable delivery method. We can only reimburse you for the delivery fee you previously paid.
  3. You will receive a receipt from us when your return has been received.

If it has been more than 3 weeks since your return and you have not yet received an email from us, please contact our customer service and send us a picture/copy of the return receipt you received from Posti.


Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email notification of a replacement product or refund. In the case of a cancellation and refund, the refund will be paid within 2 weeks of processing your return to the same payment card or account from which we were originally paid.


Please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns, so the customer must pay the shipping costs unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will of course offer a 100% refund of the product and shipping costs, or we will send you a new product for free.
