Delivery terms
These delivery terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2021.
Online store
This online store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.
Payment and payment methods
You can shop safely with us. We offer our customers the most commonly used payment methods and high security. We use 128-bit SSL encryption in our shopping cart system. We NEVER store credit card numbers or other confidential information when our customers make online payments. Therefore, hackers or thieves will never gain access to our customers' payment information.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Bank charges
You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will not be charged when you place an order. If you return the products, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card account.
Are my credit card details safe?
Your card information is encrypted using SSL technology to protect your information. The encryption system, which complies with high standards, guarantees that making purchases with your credit card in our store is safe, and your information will not be accessed by third parties under any circumstances.
3DS authentication
Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (a system used by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey). These services ensure that your existing credit card account is not used without permission when you make purchases with us. If you would like more information or encounter any problems with the verification process, please contact your credit card issuer directly. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the payment verification processes and therefore cannot help with questions regarding verifications.

Mobile payment methods
The mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the app, allowing you to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the relevant app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any app that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device, allowing you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.
Invoice and installment services
Invoice and installment services through Paytrail are offered by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers.
Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available, if any. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. We will show an estimate of the future shipping costs in the shopping cart according to the preferred shipping method. You will see the exact shipping costs after you have selected the payment and shipping methods you want for your order. The shipping methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the option that best suits you from the shipping methods available at checkout, in which the exact shipping cost is shown.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
The average delivery time is 7-10 days. Many of our products are shipped directly from a distributor or wholesaler's warehouse. One of our many suppliers is European Bigbuy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform you about any unusual delivery times on its website.
Return policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the last shipment of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event of a complaint, the online store is responsible for receiving the product return and possibly exchanging/refunding it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter sent by post or by email). You may also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will reimburse you using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event without incurring any costs for the reimbursement.
You must send back the goods without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of that 14-day period.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Unclaimed packages are not the same as returned or cancelled. We will charge you for delivery costs for packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
